Hello. I won’t torture you with any high-and-mighty third-person shit. I mean, this is really Janet writing. So welcome. Words can’t describe how happy I am to have you here.
I moved to New York City fairly recently from the middle of nowhere. It’s a nice change.
UPDATE: I’m back in the middle of nowhere, which makes the next statement rather comical.
(Read: you couldn’t force me back to Nevada if you were threatening me with a storm of glass shards and acid band-aids.)
I’ve established already that I write I suppose. I also read. In fact, I was reading for as far back as I can remember. A complete natural when it comes to literature. Therefore F. Scott Fitzgerald, Margaret Mitchell, Louise May Alcott and Lewis Carroll raised me instead of my parents. Which was really rather fortunate. My parents are Mormon.
The Latter-Day Saint vibe was something I definitely something that I wasn’t feeling.
Generally, I like people very much. I am also considerably fond of coffee, Aristole, obscure indie bands that play the sidewalk cafes on the weekends, chocolate, apartments with ovens (not mine), yoga, Club Monoco (not that I’m worthy) and art galleries.
I walk a lot because I have to and dance a lot because I can.
But if nothing else, keep reading because I have been known to bump into the likes of Paris Hilton.
